Job Duties and Responsibilities: -Work independently and with coworkers to lease and manage multi-family housing. -Assist on any aspect of resident relations including apartment tours, applications, move-in preparations, rent collection, resident appreciation, lease renewals, maintenance requests, lease violations, notices, and announcements. -Assist on any aspect of the management of the properties including answering calls and texts, scheduling and meeting vendors, pricing and ordering supplies, record keeping and administration. -Courteously interact with vendors, inspectors, and residents to serve and solve their problem.
Special Skills/Knowledge/Experience Required: -We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, attentive to detail, well-spoken, both assertive and personable, and committed to quality. -Experience in the industry is valuable, but not necessary if you are willing to learn. We will teach you any specific apartment management knowledge needed for the job. -If you possess strong ethics and morals, love helping people, and honestly desire to do a good job, then we want to hear from you!

Requirements: -Must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle -Must be tech savvy with texting, apps, email, and the internet -Must be punctual and reliable
Job Type: -Full-time (40 hours)
Pay: -$15 to $22 per hour *Dependent on experience -Paid bi-weekly
