Our clients have varying levels of abilities; therefore, each person has a personalized plan which instructs our employees of their responsibility to support that individual.
Some tasks that would be required to be completed are: Personal hygiene/care – includes assisting with or doing any of the following: bathing, showering, tooth brushing, washing hands, washing face, toilet needs, dressing, etc. Meals – includes meal preparation, and in some cases feeding the individual. Transportation – to/from grocery shopping, clothes shopping, doctor appointments, family visits (some locations have a van assigned for this purpose, however most transportation is in employee’s personal vehicle, in which miles are reimbursed). Medication administration – ranges from watching the individual take their medication to administering the medication. Community inclusion – movies, ball games, theme parks, restaurants, etc (CRSI will reimburse employee activity and meal costs, as well as pay mileage if the employee uses their personal vehicle).
QUALIFICATIONS 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or Equivalent Valid Driver’s License and Vehicle Insurance Required Pass Background Check Must be available weekends
