Purpose of Position: To provide clean and fully supplied rooms for guests at check-in. Essential Functions: 1) Clean and stock all guest rooms, as assigned, including changing linens on beds, dusting and vacuuming, stocking supplies, emptying trash, and hand washing all wall and floor tiles, toilets, tubs, and sink fixtures. 2) Perform all laundry functions as needed, including moving linen to all storerooms, if necessary. 3) Report any employee injury to your supervisor immediately. 4) Implement all company policies and procedures for safety and security. 5) Stock room attendant cart with full supplies at the end of the day. 6) Turn in all lost and found items. 7) Assist with the quarterly and fall cleaning duties. 8) Report status of all rooms cleaned on a timely basis. 9) Exhibit courteous manner with guests. 10) Empty and cleans vacuum cleaner at the end of the day. 11) Perform all other tasks as assigned by the General Manager. 12) Lifting and moving furniture and equipment with assistance. 13) Flipping or rotating mattresses with assistance. 14) Place ozonator in guest rooms on a rotational basis. Mandatory Job Requirements: 1) Neat, well-groomed appearance. 2) Wear appropriate company uniform including a name tag. 3) Eye for detail. 4) Must have a flexible schedule to include weekends and evenings. Accountability: 1) Clean rooms within established goals per room. 2) Follow all state and federal guidelines including OSHA Hazardous Communication Training. 3) Maintain high level of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
