Vancrest of Urbana is currently seeking a highly organized leader to manage clinical staff schedules and patient medical records full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of files for new patients
• Filing of discharged patient records in systematic order
• Provides support during state survey to ensure requested information is easily accessible
• Support role to Director of Nursing
• Thinning and Organization of Current Patient Charts

Qualifications:

• Highly Organized and efficient
• Creative problem solving skills
• Excellence in communication
• Experience in long-term care preferred, not required
