B.U.I.L.D. Leadership program

Would developing your assumed skills help you be a better leader?  You know, the skills are the ones people "assume" you have but never do a good job developing. Skills like your ability to handle yourself in different situations, maintain accountability, truly delegate,  or engage and lead a multi generational workforce, just to name a few. What would be the impact if you elevate your level of performance in one or more of these areas? Whether you are currently a leader or aspire to be one in the future, what would the impact be?

Now, what if we removed barriers to attending?  Barriers like not being able to take day(s) away from work due to your workload, your prior training had too much "fluff"  and not enough content, or business budget limitations were already addressed.
