It's important at this time to know who to reach out to for questions surrounding COVID-19 and what steps to take to protect yourself. Find out who to call and how to go about getting assist below.

Have a general question about COVID-19 and testing or would like to talk to a licensed nurse or infectious disease expert about the virus:
Call the Ohio Department of Health at 1-833-427-5634 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

If you are worried about symptoms you may be experiencing and/or think you may need to be tested for COVID-19:
Call your doctor

If you believe you are experiencing a true emergency, which is often characterized as unexpected, serious and requiring immediate medical intervention:
Call 9-1-1
**When you do have to call 9-1-1 for an emergency, advise our 9-1-1 operators of any information related to you and COVID-19, so that our first responders can protect themselves upon arrival.
