Mechanicsburg's meal plan for students

Mechanicsburg Exempted Village Schools will begin providing meals for their students throughout the district. 
Student Meals:

• Meal service will run from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM beginning Monday, March 23rd through Friday April 3rd.  Please be advised that some “Grab and Go” bags may include peanut products.
• These meals are provided at NO COST to students 18 and under.   
• Meals will be distributed “Grab and Go” from the following locations
  • District Cafeteria
  • ATP (Old “New” Chet’s Building)
  • St. Michael’s Hall
  • Pleasantview Apartments
• If you are on a bus route, outside of town, and cannot make it to one of the 4 available locations, email the district at superintendent@mcburg.org.  Please include your address and number of students.  
• Both breakfast and lunch will be distributed at the same time.
• In order to assist with planning, students that are not already receiving free or reduced lunch prices should express their need for “Grab and Go” meals by completing this quick form. We will do our best to meet your needs.  
• If your student(s) currently receive free and reduced meals, they are already on our list for “Grab and Go” meals.   
• Students and/or parents picking up meals are permitted to enter the building for pick-up in the cafeteria.   Meals are designed to be just as they are called “Grab and Go” due to the orders that school is to be closed to large groups of people.  
• The district is working with community partners to coordinate supplemental food boxes for families.  If you are in need, please complete this form and the district will make sure you are on the list for available resources.
