Targeted education to build clinical and conceptual nursing skills for novice nurses
Research has shown Nurse Residency Programs have a tremendous impact on staff satisfaction and job readiness. Over the course of 12 months, nurse residents will shift from advanced beginners to competent providers, emphasizing their development of critical thinking skills to ensure safe and high-quality patient care.

Upon completion of the program, nurse residents will possess an increase in knowledge, comprehension, and skills necessary for safe practice. Graduate nurses are eligible if the following requirements are met:
