Weidmann is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant
JOB SUMMARY: Provide full range of administrative support to the Urbana Plant and Human Resources Department. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. 1st shift 8AM-5PM.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides clerical support through composition and preparation of routine correspondence and presentations using computer software applications, primarily using Microsoft Office. Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences. Assists in phone reception for Urbana facility. Prepares and coordinate mail, faxes and express packages. Meet and greet clients and visitors. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. Research, price and purchase office supplies. Support staff in assigned project based work. Follow-up on timelines and deliverables. Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action items. Excellent customer service. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: • 1-3 years administrative experience • Associates degree in Business Management or related field preferred • Experience working in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment. • Experienced user of Microsoft software
