-Preferred ASE and EVT certifications, Manufacturer specific certifications -Previous root cause/final disposition experience with an emphasis in failure/fix diagnosis The Technical Support representative shall be a customer focused, results driven associate committed to supporting an international customer and dealer network capable of handling a myriad of customer issues. The Technical Support representative shall not only serve as the primary contact for customer support needs, but will also assist with internal technical support including in-field repairs and diagnostic issues.
This position reports to the Quality Control Supervisor and is responsible for ensuring products are safe and meet customer quality expectations. This role plays is critical to the success of our quality function and provides a technical opportunity to demonstrate knowledge and leadership in a lab environment.
