Assist clients in gaining social and vocational skills and ensure that each client feels like a community contributor
Monitor appearance of their home and personal environment according to standards
Follow the schedule while positively engaging client with meaningful activities
Knows clients, ISPs, interests, issues and dreams and ensures that schedules and documentation reflect clients’ needs
Reports needs as observed and informs residential manager of ideas and/or concerns
Develops meaningful relationships with clients and reports praises and/or concerns to residential manager
Transport client for morning, evening, or daily scheduled activities
Has acute awareness of DD rules and reports incidents to residential manager
