The Packing Team Leader position requires a professional, organized individual with the ability to take ownership of new projects. This role requires management of multiple projects simultaneously, accuracy in daily work, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The Team Leader position requires a professional, organized individual with the ability to take ownership of new projects. This role requires management of multiple projects simultaneously, accuracy in daily work, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. In compliance with the company direction and to meet customer’s expectation, utilize up to 10 workers safely and efficiently to complete the work given for the shift.

Qualifications (include but are not limited to):

Good analytical skills, good written, and verbal communication skills
Record of dependability and good attendance
Ability to work well with others in coordination of job tasks
2-5 years experience preferred

Duties (include but are not limited to):

Ensure quality standards are met
Ensure persons packing parts are productive and kept busy at all times
Control and manage the packaging material
Ensure individuals packing are working in a safe manner and using all safety equipment
Work cooperatively with management, other team-leaders/coordinators, and all associates
Ensure daily paperwork is filled out appropriately
Update operation standards as needed
Maintain areas that are clean, neat, and organized; promote 5S activities throughout the packing department
Report all mechanical problems to maintenance
Train all new associates and temporaries in the packing department
Be familiar with all materials needed for processing and packing customer product
Know how to perform all jobs in packing
Recommend actions to be taken for hire or replacement of temporaries
Work overtime as needed
Follow the detailed guidelines set forth in training received and updated throughout your team-leadership

Additional duties may be required as needed by Parker Trutec and our customers.

Pay:
Wages start at $17 - $19/hour, depending on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.

Benefits:

Compensation Package: $35,000 - $39,500 per year to start

Cobblestone Hotel & Suites in Urbana is looking for a diligent full-time Night Auditor to join their hotel staff. You will be responsible for being Acting Manager-on-Duty and keeping financial records up-to-date, as well as checking guests in and out of the hotel, processing their bills, and attending to any requests made by guests during your shift. You will also be the person responsible for preparing and monitoring breakfast and our coffee station in the morning, fold laundry, clean public areas within the hotel, and prepare housekeeping charts and carts for the morning.

To be successful as a night auditor, you should have excellent attention to detail, financial savvy, and a strong aptitude for customer service. Top candidates will be able to manage their time wisely, in order to properly prioritize their various duties.

Responsibilities:

Keeping hotel financial records in order.
Verifying that all accounts are balanced and supported by documentation.
Checking guests in and out of the hotel.
Responding to guests' needs, requests, and complaints.
Answering the phone and making reservations.
Summarizing each night's operations and listing any follow-up tasks for management.
Performing duties on a daily checklist.
Preparation of breakfast in accordance with health guidelines and hotel brand standards
Fold laundry and prepare housekeeping charts and operations
General cleaning and security tasks

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
High school diploma or suitable equivalent.
1+ years in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
Experience with accounting procedures and administrative tasks.
Proficiency with computers.
Analytical mind, with strong attention to detail and an affinity for numbers.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Well-groomed, professional appearance.
Self-motivated, proactive work ethic.
Strong aptitude for customer service.
Available to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays.

Assist with coaching and development of store associates through both formal and informal interactions. Perform scheduling, security, maintenance, safety, sanitation, ordering, administration & Human Resource-related duties. Responsibilities:

Assistant Store Leaders assist store manager & associates in the achievement of a favorable customer shopping experience & develop associate interest in customer service/relations to enhance Kroger’s best-in-class reputation
Assist store manager in leading teams in planning, implementing & executing merchandising/operating initiatives
