The Service Technician shall perform repairs on Customer vehicles with a focus on professionalism and attention to detail. The Service Technician will diagnose issues such as electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, heavy suspension, and engine breakdowns; make recommendations for repairs when needed, and complete all associated job functions to provide top quality service and support to our Customers. The Service Technician will interact with Customers in a professional and polite manner while in or out of the Service Center.
This position reports to the Quality Control Supervisor and is responsible for ensuring products are safe and meet customer quality expectations.
