CRSI is now hiring. BASIC FUNCTION: The Assistant Human Resources Director will assist in recruitment and selection of staff, maintain audits of personnel files keeping all required records current, and update the Human Resource Information System with current information. This position supervises the HR Specialist and will oversee the day-to-day functions as needed. Oversees the maintenance of the Human Resources Information System. Assists with review, development and execution of policies and procedures, and assists managers and supervisors with Human Resources Issues.
QUALIFICATIONS: * Must have 1 – 5 years experience in Human Resources with a bachelor’s degree. * May consider 5 plus years of experience in lieu of a degree. * Must have strong knowledge of Human Resource concepts, practices and procedures. * Must have strong communication, management skills and leadership abilities. * Must have ability to analyze research data, make recommendations and prepare reports. * Must have the ability to work independently, as a team, and make good decisions based on analysis, judgment and experience. * Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. * Must have acceptable pre-employment background checks.
