- Ensuring all local, state, and federal laws in relation to human resources are satisfied.
- Working with benefit providers and managing employee benefit plans
- Recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and initial training of new employees
- Working with other managers to complete periodic reviews of staff
- Ensuring current employees needs are met.
