The Hall Company is looking for a Human Resource/ Benefits Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, able to work and complete tasks independently, and have at least 5 years prior experience working in HR/ Benefits Management. The candidate should also be able to work with teams and have experience in dealing with conflict resolution. The ideal candidate would also be familiar with an ISO 9001 environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring all local, state, and federal laws in relation to human resources are satisfied.
Working with benefit providers and managing employee benefit plans
Recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and initial training of new employees
Working with other managers to complete periodic reviews of staff
Ensuring current employees needs are met.
