Job Description Role and Responsibilities
The following describes in short what the roles are for this position with Dayton Barns.

- Manage your book of business (chat feature, phone calls or website leads) and close building sales

- Create quotes, follow-up, take payments and manage your sales process/day.

- Must be able to work when customers are available (flexible schedule) Nights/weekends

- 90 Day probationary period

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Must be 18, able to drive, college education is not required but preferred. Must be fluent in Microsoft Office programs (Excel/Word)

Preferred Skills

Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking, computer skills (excel, word, typing, editing), ability to balance multiple projects at once, strong sales background, problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Benefits: Paid time off, Paid training

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types: Commission pay and Performance bonuses

Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
